The American School of Addis Ababa contains 15 classrooms, laboratories, a library, a gymnasium, an amphitheater and sports facilities. The layout of the school follows the sloped ground and the line of the roofs creates a unique visual effect. The school is built of rough stones, concrete roofs and wooden windows.
