The Ife University in Nigeria – the main University of the country's Western Region - was planned by Arieh Sharon during the 1960s and 1970s. The Assembly Hall is located at the main piazza next to the Secretariat and the Library. The building contains a multipurpose hall and an amphitheater which contains 3,500 seats.
