The apartment tower in Abidjan is a part of the first residential quarter of the African Riviera, developed in 1970 by the Mayer brothers and designed by Thomas Leitersdorf and Yosef Goldenberg. The project area was designated to be a tourist destination and commercial center integrated with a garden city for 200,000 inhabitants.
The 14 story apartment tower consists of a ground floor with entrance hall, covered parking and services. The floors contain four apartments each, with two penthouses at the top floor.
