Ephraim Dubinsky was a water engineer, "Tahal" head team of West Africa in various water projects, the main one in the city of Ibadan in Nigeria. For three years they lived with their two sons in Ibadan among more Israeli familys.
Miss Batya Dubinsky, was a teacher in the local primary school where the Israelis children studied.
As Dubinsky's son recall, after the Nigerian Civil War known as the Biafran War, the project encountered difficulties and eventually stopped.
